I canceled my subscription to Zoosk.com in early July. After recieving the confirmation email from them (which I still have), it stated that my subscription was canceled, I would no longer have subscriber benefits, and I would no longer be charged by Zoosk.com. However, after checking my bank statements, I was charged $29.95 on November 3rd, and again on December 2nd. I tried contacting the website so they can stop billing me and refund the money they illegally charged me, but I have yet to get an email response or a phone call returned.
