I found the exact same, previous, negative review on another site and the more it sat with me, the more pissed I became (coincidentally the site was called Pissed Consumer or something).
I've used Fox Translate a few times and I have never found a better price, experience, or support staff. The few times I've had a problem, they were unbelievably helpful, even teaching me how to use email in case my account was the cause of the problem. Every time I've had a problem (a typo and a seemingly unfulfilled order - it was my fault), they've offered to fully refund the order (all of which makes me question your experience).
I HIGHLY highly recommend them and have heard nothing but praise from friends and family who have tried it.
