I needed to translate my birth certificate from a foreign language to English in a hurry for submission to INS. I Googled and found Fox Translate. They advertised that they return the document within 48 hours and charge $35 per page doing it online. So I paid them upfront. What a mistake. I never got the document in 48 hours as was promised to me in writing when I paid for the order. The translation itself was of poor quality and when I sent emails complaining, left telephone messages, no one returned emails or calls. I made the biggest mistake by choosing Fox Translate, they took the money and failed to deliver what they promised.
