Worst Point of Sale Provider I've ever Experienced

Was lured by a Pivotal salesman for months to switch my store over to their merchant services with promises of better rates, aeroplan miles etc.

Equipment malfunctioned constantly; not chipcard compliant; removed multiple payments from my customers VISA and BANK
ACCOUNTS without their consent and without my knowledge; were never able to reverse double charges that they made to the customer or even give me customer info so that I could contact the customer before they showed up irate because they'd been double charged by Pivotal. They cancelled aeroplan contract stating there wasn't enough interest even though I had just signed up a month earlier when they were bragging about the great Aeroplan program. When I called to sign up for it I was told they never had an Aeroplan program, I had to replace my equiptment 8 times in 3 yrs cost me more in fees for just about everything; statements all wrong info; never given a dedicated customer service person but forced to spend hours waiting on the phone when they owed me money. Pivotal leases it's equiptment from LFG and Pivotal's merchant contract runs for 5 years and they set you up with an equiptment lease of 4 years thus you are always in a vicious cycle of having one contract end before the other thus confirming your constant renewel or penalty buyout. Everytime I read someone's story online about Pivotal it is almost exactly what I endured.
