Pivotal Payments seized all of Aug receipts of $5700 and then had the audacity to try to remove another $700 from my bank for fees on the money they are holding. Because of all the complaints that I have made, they have reversed $2000 of that amount. What reason do I give my customer for their money being held for ten weeks? Pivotal is holding the balance of my money for 8 months because they say all my customers in August are high risk for charge-backs. Visa customers must apply for a charge back within 30 days of receiving their statement. How is it legal for Pivotal Payments to hold all my money for 8 months or to charge for fees that you have not been informed of
