I briefly worked for Imperial Merchant Services as an outside sales rep so I experienced first hand how they operate.in fact I even sold their services to my friend who now will probably have to take the company to court. They still have not refunded his money for a service ie. Epay that he NEVER wanted.in addition, Pivotal will not release him from a contract although they were unable to solve the issues that they created when he joined up.By the IMS is just an outside sales organization for Pivotal... Once they sign you up, forget about contacting them with any issues. They make you believe that you're saving money but at the end of the day, you're really aren't.
