I went to watch a movie and it asked me to sign up for a free account trial. It stated my card would not be charged if i canceled membership before the 5 days were over. Two days later I filled out the form to cancel the account and it said there was a $. 99 cancellation fee (so much for the not charging my account if i canceled). I went ahead and filled out the form and accepted the $. 99 fee for cancellation. Well that fee was never taken, my cancellation request was ignored and come 12/3 $49.95 was taken from my bank account. I have been trying to call and speak to a representative but keep getting a message that no one is available due to a power outage. Yeah right.
