I used travelocity for several business trips. I hadn't had to contact customer service until recently, what a joke. I was on hold for the better part of an hour only to be told to refer back to the website and no help finding the link on the site. The person barely spoke english and just repeated his script when he didn't have an answer which didn't answer my question in the first place. I don't know how large this company is but it seems like a couple guys in a garage in india.
