Ordered a hot tub cover Nov. 5th. They confirmed my order and chargrd my credit card the same day. I haven't heard a word since. They don't answer their phone or return messages via their web site. Thank goodness I used Paypal and have been reimbursed. I'm still angry that I've been scamed, they have such a slick web site that could fool anyone
