I ordered a cover on 10/9 because of their fast shipping and it is 1/5 now and I still have no cover. I filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and they didn't respond to that either. I have tried calling and at first was able to leave messages (with no response from them) but now their mailbox is full. I sent numerous emails and did get a response to my first email but all they said was they would look into my order... Never another word since. I can't believe I didn't research more before placing my order and I can't believe I just lost $400! Is there anything more we can do besides hire an attorney? $400 is a lot of money for me!
