Bought a cover for our pool. Never had all the parts, got an email sayng it had "snags" and that they would send a new cover in 2011... Never got the cover or another email regarding this cover. Two years later we still have not heard a word from the company regarding our 244.00 spent on this cover. Tried to contact by phone/email... To no avail. This company is a FRAUD and I want it known to the public NOT to buy from them.
