I am reporting that we contacted sheer cover makeup.
We had received a bill of $59.90, we had been making
payments, with our visa, and couldn't understand why?
Michelle, their supervisor informed me that it the
makeup kit was $90.00. Unless, I am a total idiot, and
mistaken, I couldn't see that price anywhere on the
sheer cover web site.
The trial kit was $27.65, the kits after that I understood would be $37.90. Also, one of their employees had put our credit card inactive so nothing was taken out in March. On April 1o, I orderd their highlighter lip to lid. It was $27.65. Guess what card was active then.
My biggest mistake was allowing my husband to speak to her, to explain the problem to him. He informed her, that he felt they owed us the money of $59.90, he had forgotten that I told him I made the order on April 10.
So, Michelle informs me I need to be upfront with my husband which I had. He had forgot about our conversation I had made the order on April 10
but I meant to tell them to mail it on May 10, guess I
didn't. She made me so angry implying that I had lied to
him. I have to fax proof of all the payments made to them
and why? The main point is, had I known the makeup kit
was $90.00 I never would have ordered it. I thought
it was cheaper than Bare Minerals. I feel like a fool
