I ordered 7 pairs of shoes on Nov 13. Weeks later they told me only 3 pairs were available. They kept saying they would take 2 more weeks. They told me this several times. Eventually after 7 weeks I asked them to just send those pairs and refund the balance. They sent 4 pairs and then sent me an email saying them had posted the order and included the extra pair I requested. I never requested the extra pair. It seems to be a random pair I'd never heard of. They charged me for this pair even though I emailed them hours later saying I hadn't ordered it. I have received the order including the wrong pair. I have sent them many emails trying to sort this out and am still waiting for a $150 credit. This has put me off buying anything independently on the internet. Terrible service
The refund has still not appeared in my account.
