Misleading advertising, nowhere was it made clear that the 500 bits I purchased were only worth $0.01 each. So within 20 mins my $498 spent was worth only $5 in bids.
Company also maskerades as being Australia using the aussie flag on their home page and offering 24/7 contact with a Sydney address and phone number that no one ever answers.
They also offer to re credit your 500 bids if you do not win which they did not do as after loosing there were no bids in my account. After emailing a complaint I am now no longer able to log in using the name and password i set up yesterday. This is nothing short of a rip off and cannot possibly be described as an auction. This is gambling disguised
Section 18 of the Australian Consumer law prohibits businesses from engaging in misleading and deceptive conduct. Rebecca
