Furniture Buying Gone Wrong

My girlfriend and i purchased a couch and end tables on September 5. We were told four weeks and they would arrive. After eight weeks with no furniture. I went to the store to have the owner tell me that he would not refund my money or give a discount on our purchase and had no reason or answer for why we don't have our product. He then told me i need to leave the store or he would call the cops while this is going on three other customers walk up and say they are going through the exact same problem. And the owner tells me while exiting the store, watch how long your couches take to get now.

So ten weeks go by now we call the store and they tell us that they don't know where our end tables are so they will upgrade us with their store merchandise when our couches come in (they still dont have a date). We told them ok. One more week goes buy we call again (11 weeks) they tell us we won't be getting any end tables and would have to adjust the remainder of the bill. Now we are on the week twelve and have not heard anything from them. We just want our money back and to be done with this huge headache.
