I had applied online for a payday advance, and the secure site I used had me enter my banking info. Last week I saw that there was a deposit of. 05 and then the next day 2 debits of. 01 each. I called my bank and they are trying to see if they can reverse charges. As of this complaint, NO LUCK. This morning, I got online to check my bank and there is a $30.00 automatic debit pending. This is extremely frustrating. I am not sure if I just need to go setup a new account with my bank to avoid this in the future... I called #888.897.8045 and was transferred to #866.235.7681 and I couldn't understand the persons because of the accent.
