I registered to bidrack June 1st after reading an article on channel 9 new called "Surplus Auctions Exposed: 95% Off Retail Possible?". I went to your site and it said that I would get 25 free bids, so I registered and purchased 6 X 5 bids. I called customer services the same day since I noticed that i was charged 99 dollars on my credit card when their sites showed that registration is free. Customer service advised me that a supervisor was going to call me back. No one called me back, therefore I called customer service again and was told that I needed to send an email at [email protected]. I send them a email requesting a refund of the 99 dollars that was charged on my credit card since I did not agree to this charge. The the following response was given to me:

"A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #306364 with the following response:

Dear Customer,
We thank you for reaching out to us here at Bidrack! We do see that you have purchased our $99 bid package of 175 bids. Directly to the left of where you enter your card number it states that you are being charged $99 and you will receive 175 bids. We are very sorry that you did not wish to do this. We apologize deeply for the inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, due to our policies as stated in the terms and conditions you agreed to, I cannot give you a refund. But what I have gone ahead and done for the inconvenience, is give you 120 additional bonus bids which is a $80 value. These bids have already been added to your account.

I did not agree to this 98$ amount, and the information on the website was quite confusing and was not aware by signing up I get charged 99$ since their site said that opening an account was free.
