I signed up with Bidrack-Auction on May 30 to try the auction. After checking out the site, and discovered that I had been charged $99.00, I decided that it was not for me, plus I didn't see anything there that I was interested in, so I sent a ticket to them requesting a refund.
This was the 1st reply I got back.

I still don't understand how this happened and would appreciate very much if you could show me how this happened. Perhaps you need to refigure your site so it is more clear to the person using it.
The result being I heard nothing more from them and did not check on the site until today and discovered it not to be available.
