Dean Chen came and processed our service request with Empire Today, LLC for carpet, wood flooring, and shutters on 10 May. He knew his products and was very pleasant to work with. Our carpet and Brazillian Cherry Hardwood flooring was installed on 14 May as requested. Elizabeth assisted with the confirmation on 12 May by noting that we preferred an early morning hour for installation. The two work groups, three gentlemen in each, arrived at the time they each indicated in their advance notice phone calls / morning as desired. All workers were polite, professional and a pleasure to do business with. They were considerate of our home in laying paper in the foyer so as not to dirty anything and were extremely careful in moving our furniture. We have used Empire Today in the past and once again we were not disappointed in the professional service displayed by all members. Our shutters as yet to be installed, but we have no doubt they will be handeled in the same professional manner.
