Digital river & global collect bv fraud?

We have placed an order based on an email offer from (seemingly) Logitech which was confirmed in an email. We paid for the product straight away, and the money has left our bank account, but the order status on (www.findmyorder.com) has been displaying "Pending Payment" for almost month now.

Our bank confirmed that the money was accepted by Global Collect BV. I have also run a customer enquiry on http://www.globalcollect.com / where the status of the payment dispays "CORRECTED" dated on 16 November.

The company that is listed on the invoice is:
Digital River International Sarl based in Luxemburg.

It is impossible to get in touch with both Digital River and Global Collect BV... No telephone number, [email protected] -no response, [email protected] -not a valid email address.

Money gone, product none...
