I saw this advert for skin cream & eye cream for a trial run, just paying the postage of £5.95. Thinking if I liked it I would buy the cream. I received the cream on the 18/11 then on the 21/11. £74.95 was taken out. They said that you could cancel in 12 days, but when I phoned them I was put on hold for a long time then it stopped. Now I have to change my bank account and have no chance of getting my money back. I wonder if any body received the second lot of cream.
