Ordered 2 bottles of cream on the web as it advertised free trail only pay the postage of 4.95 each item. On receiving the cream it then stated that u have 2 send back 50% of the cream within 21 days if u not happy with it and also cancel any further orders (every 30 days) within 14 days, so i canceled on the 12th march and was told the cream had 2 b sent back b4 the 31st of march (it was sent back on 28th) they have now billed me 4 £139.90 on the 1st april taken out of my bank account as they have the details because i paid the postage with it! They said they did not receive the cream back on time and there is nothing i can do about it!!
