Ordered face cream and serum on a trial basis, to be charged for if not returned within a 30 day period. Cream is boxed on its way back to them.
Cream was shipped to me on 11.01.12 but my account has already been debited in the above manner.
Bank suggest contacting company, but left on hold for ever, wonder if anybody is really there. Bank cannot give me any guarantee that this company cannot get more of my money. I need help to get my money refunded please.
