On feb 18th, at almost midnight, I ordered the Lifecell cream for a 30 day trial... Next day, my bank account was charged $196.00, plus 15.95 shipping... About 10 days later, I still did not receive the cream... I tried to call, but their 1888# did not work, and their customer support email neither... I went on their site, and this livechat window openned... I explained to the girl that I was not very happy with what was happenning... She told me that it is an operation that the company does to make sure my account is active, and that the money would be put back in about 2 days... This was on Feb 27th... Strange, on Feb 28, in the morning I received the cream, which, at this point I did not want anymore... Waiting for the money to be put back in my account, I tried the cream... 6 days later, that cream is not what they claim it is, absolutely not! Checked my bank account... No money put back yet... I want to return the cream, but how am I going to get my money back?
