I found a 2003 Honda Accord being sold by Melissa Williams. She claimed that she had to go to Spain and had to sell the car because it was to much for her to go through to get it register. I emailed her and told her I was interested in getting the car. She then told me that she was going to send my information to ebay who will instruct me on how to arrange to get the car. Ebay then sent me a email and told me how to pay for the car. They told me to go to a western union with the money in hand and do a person to person and send it to a lady name Diana Lopez. I did as they said. I went back home and continue to follow the directions. I emailed and let them know that I sent the money and fax them a copy of the western union receipt. Ebay then sent me an email telling me that that receive the confirmation. I also sent Melissa an email telling her that I did everything they asked. She said that she should hear from them soon. A day went past and still no email or information about the whereabouts of the car. Ebay also said that it would take them 12 hours to verfiy the payment and we should hear from them and we should receive a tracking number. We have not receive or heard from them since Sunday January 29. I have all documents from everything they sent to me and what I sent to them.
