We went on craigslist and found a car that we liked it was a 2003 Honda Accord EX with 37,391 miles on it.
We sent a email to them and told them we were interested in the car they sent us a email explaining how she was in the military that she was sent to Spain to improve the military relationship between the USA & Spain. She stated that her husband brought the car over with him but that they have to sell it back in the United States because they can't register it there it has US specs and everything, and it would take forever to register it in Europe. She told me that it would be sent by plane with US Air Military Cargo and that it would not cost me a thing. She said it would go to the nearest airport in our area and then trucked forward to my home. She said we would recieve it in about 3 days and to get back with her asap and that we would get a transaction payment and shipping details from eBay that she was going throught them. Well I paid the money to a Western Union and got a payment confirmation back from eBay Financial Dept. Saying they had received it and to give them 12hrs to verify and secure and they would notify the seller to start the shipping progress. We haven't heard anything from them since Friday 4-15-11. I don't think this is right at all I have sent several emails and told them to return our money or we would get a lawyer. I think that if she is in the military she sould be proscuted if this is a scam. This is the eBay Motors Purchase Invoice #5721126609 that was sent from eBay Financial Dept. We also ask them to send us the money back because we were in our truck and the tornado picked us up and twisted us around and dropped us we were in the middle of it which means we lost our vechile and luckly we are still alive and I told them this and ask them if they were not going to send us a car to atleast send me money money back so that we could have money to buy one. And we have gotten no response back from them.
