I inquired about a vehicle i had seen on ebay motors to the person selling vehicle. She told me about the buyer protection program through eBay so i was like okay that sounds good. Well i later received an email from eBay stating what the buyer protection plan inclosed. They instructed me to send money through western union to an eBay agent. So that's what i did. The agent was supposed to hold the money until after i received the car and decided i wanted it after my test period. Well needless to say the car NEVER arrived. I spoke with an eBay representative and they told me that people can get into their system and send emails using their letter head and everything!!! That's ridiculous we arent protected at all even in a 'protected' website so to speak. I am a single mother and needed a new vehicle for me and my son now what? What am i supposed to do??
