The information said that the bids had an increment of $0.50. I placed three bids for a pair of sandals, valued around $12.00. As there seemed to be preprogrammed bidding going on, I did not proceed and was prepared to pay $1.50, if needed. BidRack already had all my information "for faster processing". My next VISA statment showed a $99.00 charge to BidRack. I did not purchase anything and filed a complaint with VISA.
