Debited my checking account for $30.00 on 11/17 after I sent them an email on 11/9 stating that I did not agree to opt in to their service and not to withdraw any payments for a so called service that I refused to order. Received a email reply on 11/9 stating that my account was cancelled and no further payments would be withdrawn from my account.
