Ripoff unjust practices for employees with company

I am an empolyee of Berkeley Premuim located in Blue Ash, Ohio. Since I began with this company, I have had my pay changed at least 8 times. One day they pay us 11.50.. The next week it will be raised to 15.00 for doing such a GREAT job. Then the next week they decrease the pay to 12.50.. Then the next week the raise it again to whatever they see fir to budget their interests. This is terribly done also.

We are given no notice that this is going to happen. The company offers no benefits what so ever, nor do they offer us any kind of sick days or off days. They advise us that if we miss for medical reasons we can provide a doctors excuse, but when we return to work with the doctors documentation, we are told we are going to be written up for missing. This company offers no benefits at all.

When we are hired on at this company, we are informed that this customer care position is for working mothers. That they work with your hours if needed. This is never done. They provide you with promises after promises and do not comply to anything they tell you.

We are promised that benefits were being negotiated and at the beginning of 2004 we would be offered health care benefits. They do offer 1 week vacation, but this is unpaid. They do not offer correct sufficiant training classes. They have recently implamented this new per sau TRAINING class and a script that we must use for customer serice. This training class is for 2 hours and we are expected to understand and clearly get all the information or we are terminated immediatly. They put so much stress on their employees that no one can work under the conditions.

The company also moves its location about every 6 months to avoid taxes. We have a fleetpath which has lifelines. If you look in the lifelines that are accessable only by employees, it clearly states on the lifekey that we move and do changes for tax purposes. They do not provide sufficiant parking for us. We have to park well over I'd say 3000 feet from the building. We have been inspected several times for saftey reasons and we have failed each time for fire codes. We are not provided with any type of tornando training or weather training. This whole place is a joke. Workers there are switched around so much that you never know who is in charge. You are expected to comply with rules, but theres no way to comply because no one ever knows what the rules are.

When asked about our company moving locations again and if we are hiring new employees, we are told no that we have sufficient amount. But today I go on monster.com and low and behold, May 3 they are posting advertisment that they are hiring for customer service reps for 1st and 2nd shift.

I would advise everyone to please think twice before even considering a postion with the company. They will make your life miserable.
