Was supposedly given a free 30day trial, but was charged $79.40. You were made to join "managed care direct" but could cancel "at any time. EVERY time I call, the computers are down and they are unable to help me with my cancellation. I also tried on the website, but when you click on cancel, you are directed to an error message. I've tried for over a week to cancel... I believe this is a tactic to keep people "active" so they will continue to be charged!
