My name is Cheng Cha Vang and I am 19 years old from Minneapolis, MN. Today, I want to report the two companies that from the United Kingdom which is the Shipping Company and the Company that I have purchased goods from.in September 23 I had purchased the Ipad 2 3G 64GB, Digital Camera – D3100, PS3 slim 320GB, and Ipod touch 4 64gb from the United Kingdom which cost $1,000 shipping cost $180 and the total is $1,180. The seller told me that will receive in a few days, but I never receive the on what the seller had told me.
In September, 27 I had contacted the seller through an email and I asked the seller “What was happened to the goods that I had purchased? ” And then the seller told me that I must have the Customer Invoice to be able to send the goods to the U.S. The seller told me that I have to get Customer Invoice which is cost $420. I did pay it!
On October, 2 I had contacted the seller again and then the seller told me that I have to buy another paper again which is the Importing License Certificate to be able to send the goods without any problem. It cost $360 for this license! I also did pay it too…
In addition, I never see, hear, or know that Customers must have this Importing License and the Customer Invoice to be able to purchase goods online or deliver goods.
Is this true that a customer must have it??? Please! Answer this question for me?
On October, 10 I still didn’t see the goods and then I had contacted the seller again! The seller told me that the Shipping Company said, I have to pay for the delivery, security, and handling which are $670. So, i wasn’t happy about this issue and then I had contacted the Shipping Company. I had begged the Shipping Company that can pay $200 because I did spend a lot of money for bought the Importing License and the Customer Invoice, so I don’t have enough and also I am a student. And then the boss in that Shipping Company was agreed with me to pay $450. I have no choice, so I had decided to pay on it.
On October, 14 I still not see the goods arrive and then I had contacted the seller again. Then the seller told me that I have to pay full balance which is I have to pay $220. I have told the seller that the Shipping Company’s boss let me to pay $450. I asked the seller “Why I would have to $220 again? ” the seller told me that the shipping company didn’t agree with me to pay $450. So, I had decided to pay on it again which is the total $670.
On October, 20 I have not seen the goods arrive and then I have contacted the seller again. The seller told me that the shipping company did deliver the goods to my house, but no one’s home and also they said they did call me on my cell phone. All of this is not true!!! On October 20 I don’t have school and I stay home the whole day and also no one’s calling me or knocking on my door. On October 24, I have contacted the seller again, so I had paid $360 again. The seller told me that I will receive the goods by October 25, but I haven’t received it. The seller told me that I will receive the goods on October 27, but I haven’t too! After this, the seller didn’t answer my call and email. Also every time the seller called me, the seller always “blocked” his number.
After this, I want the company to refund all the money back to me. Then they said they will refund all the money to me but I have to $300 for fill out the form. I don’t what kind of form cost so much money? On November 1 I decided to pay because I really my money back. On November 11, this company asked me to pay again to fill out the form. I did pay 200 again. Now, they said I have to pay again!!! I worry that this company is not a real company, so I decide to report on it. Is anyway that I will get my money back or a place where I can report? Please help me to solve this issue! I couldn’t concentrate on school because of this issue. I was very stresses! Help me please!!!
