I purchased a calculator in an online auction in eBay from the seller on the 20 of February.
The auction amounted to 126.95 Euros 20 Euros for shipping.
I paid promptly to the seller by bank transfer.
I never received the goods, upon contacting the seller he answered that the package was returned by the postal services and that was now in is post office waiting for claim and for a payment of 25 Euros which I had to pay plus another 25 Euros to ship the goods again to me.
I asked for a proof of return and the reason of it, but the seller excused to give it and after a while said that he didn't had to pay anything after all, so I just needed to pay him for 25 Euros to ship again.
I asked for information about how to pay him again, but now the seller doesn't answer anymore, in fact he stopped answering when the eBay deadline for leaving feedback for the transaction ended.
