I purchased a 42in plasma tv about a year ago, with the Geek Squad protection insurance. I was told that the insurance will cover anything that happens to the tv for 2 years. The coxial broke (the part where the cable connects to the tv). The store said that was not covered by the insurance. They gave me the run around but finally the store fixed it. After some months later the coxial broke again. The store refused to fix it because its not covered by the insurance and they wanted me to pay $220 for the repairs. They should have never lied to me about the insurance covering everyhing in order to sell it and they should also stand behind their products. I will never shop at Best Buy again.
