I decided to try the free trial. Ordered on 4-2-11, with the advertised 14 days to check it out before full price to be charged.
I called several times to cancel and couldn't get thruough until like the 9th or 10th day of the trial. When I got my next bank statement I had a huge overdraft because this company had charged me on day 7 of the trial and I wasn't prepared because I had followed protocol and cancelled within the agreed limit.
I did call to report this and they agreed to reimburse half of the amount until they got their product back.
The product was returned, and no refund applied. They still owe me $80 and each time I call to see why I have not yet been reimbursed they appologize profusely and say that my refund is on its way. The last time I called, Nov. 9th, the recording only gave me the option to email support with any difficulties. Well guess what, I went to the site and it isn't responding.
