Ordered the Free Product Trial. Didn't receive it and was charged $79.99 and told they had sent a full product because my Trial period was over. When I called them they said that I had time to try the product so there was nothing they could do except refund if I returned the product to them. I advised them that I had not received the product and they said there was nothing they could do. I contacted my Attorneys and they sent them a letter to reply to me within 14 days or further action under the Consumer Protection Act would be taken.
They did not respond until after 4 more calls and them. They said they had made the return and it showed up in my bank account in 2 days. I want others to know about this who can't afford an Attorney to just keep on them or they will just blow you off.
