I ordered a free sample of their product and paid the $2.95 for shipping. On 11/3 I also received an email stating that they were trying to debit my account for the product. On 11/3 I responded by email that I had not decided to order their product and that I did not give permission for them to debit my account for any amount whatsoever. On 11/10 there is a charge for $98.16. The price of the product is not listed on the website. They refuse to credit my account. I will have to file a claim with my bank.
