I signed up for a free offer. The website added on another product to my bill. I could not go back to remove the unwanted product. I was then billed 24.95 for the unwanted product. The following month I was charged 89.95 as they said my account had not been cancelled. Hmmm it was actually supposed to be closed by a supervisor. Needless to say they did not have my permission to debit my account... This seems a bit like fraud to me??!! I don't care how good their product might be I will never use it. Their poor business practice lost what could have been a great customer.
