To Whom It May Concern:
I responded to an ad to receive a free sample of a product called Nite Trim. This is supposed to be a weigh loss supplement. It is supposed to work while you sleep. It is supposed to be in great demand because of how good it works. I ordered a free sample and was supposedly registered for this membership about this product. I scanned the writings and thought after reading that if I was not satisfied with this product that I could cancel this membership. I received the product at the end of May after ordering it May the 11th.
I then started taking the product as directed and have been for a month. I haven't seen a bit of difference in my weight. I have not eaten any more than usual and I have actually drank more water while taking this product. I received an email confirming my order for another month of this product. I called the number given on the email and was told that I would not receive a full refund even though I did not authorize this company to debit my bank account. They have already debited my account but according to a customer service rep., the product had not been shipped as of 12:30 this afternoon.
When I told the csr to cancel the order, she told me I had to wait for the product to come to me via mail and then return the product back to the company. She went on to say that I would be charged 30% because the product was in such great demand that someone else had to be put on hold for me to get my order (which I did not order). This csr could not give me a physical address for the company, she would not give a fed id for the company. She would not give me any information other than Brock or Joannie as the CEO's for this so called company called Nite Trim.
I think this product is a farse and that they should be sited for false advertisement along with those other recent companies that got fined mega bucks for making false claims... I need your help in getting the money back that they took without permission for a product that doesn't work as they say it does.
