I responded to an email for a FREE bottle of Metabofuel for a shipping cost of $7.95. A few weeks later the shipping charge hit my debit card and then the product arrived a week later. 3 days after receiving the product a representative from Metabofuel called me to make sure I received the product. She then went on to explain that for $199 I would receive two more automatic shipments of the product. I politely told her I wasn't interested. Of course, that didn't work and she kept on trying to sell me the product. I then very sternly told her No Thank You - I Do Not Want Your Product, Do Not Send Me Your Product. She still didn't shut up. I then yelled to her No Thank You - I Do Not Want Your Product, Do Not Send Me Your Product and hung up. Of course I thought that was the end of it. I had always heard that once you refuse a product the salesperson has to grant your request/refusal. A week later a charge for $99.80 appeared on my debit card (with another schedueld 15 days later). I called Metabofuel and after being on hold 15 minutes I was told that A customer service rep. Would call me back. Well, that OF COURSE hasn't happened! I am going to my bank today to file an affadavit of fraud to try and get my money back and have closed my debit card and requested a new one with a new number so they can't charge me again.
