I received an offer through the mail and responded. I ordered their weight loss pills and paid with my credit card. I received the product and in accordance with the instructions, used said product for 30 days. I did not ger any results, and tried to contact them through their customer service number 1 888 604 2348, the recorded answer said "thanks for calling and a representitive would be with me shortly" then after a few seconds it disconnected.in the ad which I received and on the Amytrim website it said there was a 30 day money back guarantee. It stated further that I could take up to 1 year to get my money back if not satisfied. I have been gipped by this company, and would like to get my money back and some interest for my time and effort to get this resolved. I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.
