I ordered the weight loss product Navixar in July. It took awhile to get it but after my questioning them via email I received the 60 day supply in mid September.
I took it for 53 days with no results of weight loss, in fact I gained weight. I emailed the company, Natural Weight Loss Solutions via email to Navixar.com with my concern and requesting a refund of the $69.95 as the advertisement had stated "Complete product refund within 6 months if for any reason you are not satisfied with Navixar."
The very next day I received an email from their Customer Service Dept. Telling me to return the unused portion for my refund. Which I did the following day. This all took place back in November.
I have emailed three times asking about my refund with no response at all. This company is fraudulent and doesn't back up anything they print. Stay away from Navixar and Natural Weight Loss Solution.
