I was reading a Paid email when I checked out the website for Trimday. They say I signed up for their free week of Trimday and then agreed to continue receiving their product at over $50 a month. I live on disability and is limited income to raise my kids on. However, I never received said "free" week of their product and before I new it, they were charging my Prepaid Credit card (money I had put on there to pay bills with) not only the $50.00 but also $9.95 for the service of using their website.
I emailed and they did return my $9.95, however, I have followed their instrcctions about returning their product (I did receive about 2 weeks later, a full months worth of their weight loss pills) I followed their instructions, have returned it, even sent it certified mail and I have the green certified mail card back and sitting here. They received it on the 30th. I have not received my money back and I have emailed 4 times and nobody has answered.
How does a person get their money back? My budget is limited and I need it back. Surely there is a way isn't there?
