I went on to ask about a $2.00 bills value before i realized that there would be a charge for it if i hit the button to go on. I did not hit that button and i wrote to please cancell the request. They went ahead and charged me the $40.00 and never gave me the answer. Please refund me the money. (personal information removed) i was told that they would notify me of the charge which they did not i saw it the next day on my account. This is what i call a swindle.
