Unfair Edison Rate Hike

In Sept. 2011 my electric bill for my one man cabinet shop went from 130.00 per month to over 900.00 per month. I was told that I had used 80.00 in electric and charged over 800.00 for providing it to me. For two months bills it totaled almost 1600.00 for what should have been around 260.00. They told me that my kw demand was going over by the amount of a light bulb and that moved me to a new rate.

I have been pursuing this matter from day one, have talked to numerous sce people most of whom will not return calls or call back when they say the will. The problem is that with these higher bills for an already economy stricken business (building trades) will potentially put me out of business after 22 yrs of serving my community and surrounding cities. SCE has shown a total lack of compassion, lack of response and flat out deceit when it comes to help in finding a comparable solution to this life changing ordeal. I am currently looking for anyone that may give me direction in finding someone with in their world (SCE) that will see the severity in this and help me to save my business and ultimately mine and my families livelihood.
