Our 11-year old boy bought a gaming from toysrus throughout a marketing. He obtained a $20 gift-card because of the marketing, the shop worker informed him this card wouldn't be triggered for six hours. Thus he wasn't ready to make use of this on one more purchase in this trip.
Saturday I got him back again to the shop and he attempted to create a purchase by using this $20 gift-card, during this period he was informed this reward card ended on 1/31 and he consequently was out-of fortune! I talked towards the supervisor and he merely explained he thought bad-but there is nothing he might do for my boy. The card ended and also the shop required back the $20
Discuss a phony fraud! We quit the shop and equally promised NEVER TO buy something again at TOYSRUS!!! That shop preys upon naive youth and that I won't patronize any company that takes from this's clients. Let us encounter it, several shops bring exactly the same products as Toysrus plus they achieve this at lower costs
Boycott TOYSRUS... My loved ones and pals won't help this shop anymore!
