I'd a discount from toysrus to buy $75 in product and get a free $10 giftcard. PHONY! After I attempted to make use of the card approximatley 3 months later, there is 0.0 about the card. I'd not utilized the card or had other people.

There's room on toysrus site to email, only phone, therefore half an hour of my period later, 4 people later, however no solution.

Shop workers are inexperienced as are these in the 1-800 telephone number.

I'll not purchase another product from toysrus. After I declare I wont visit a shop again, I'm critical. The final 2 shops, Eckerds - I just went in after frustration - 8 years later and Pulbix, I've just experienced twice previously 7 years.
