We will upon coming to Toysrus them wasn't avalable there... We were informed it is only accessible online... SITE DOESnt state any slim except "Temporairly UNAVAILABLE ONLINE" So... I've $325 giftcard... Product the card was bought for isn't available i the shop, online AND upon calling the completely ineffective cutomer support people, was informed they are able to not inform be when it "may" be accessible. Following a week (and about 5 hours about the telephone with one of these fools) all I needed to complete was obtain the customer a reimbursement about the gift-card so we're able to buy the the bureau elsewhere... Looks easy? Right? NOOoooo giftcards are "NOT REFUNDABLE"... To even the customer... ACTUALLY tho them we desired in NOT AVAILBLE everywhere? They inform me "you will get other things within the shop" WE DONT WANT "other things"!!! We purchased the bureau elsewhere and today are caught with this specific gift-card we dont want or require... I smell Lure-n-switch! Watch out for the gift-card!
