Prolash advertised a $1.00 shipping and handling for their lash extending system. 3 steps included 3 tubes o 4.2ml each. I received the product which caused my eye to itch, so I only used one time. I received my credit card statement and Prolash had not only charged me $7.99, which I had expected but an additional $119.00. There was no small print that I did not see when I agreed to the $1.00 sample. I tried to contact Prolash and was on hold for 1hr and 45 minutes.
There was no representative that answered my call as promised by the automated phone voice, only music and the repeated statement " a representative will be with you as soon as possible, please continue to hold". I have not been able to contact this company, however I did contact Visa and no more charges will be allowed. I still have not received reimbursement for the bold face lie they used in their marketing. I did need those funds for books for classes and this company is unscrupulous.
