We got AT&T for a very short time, around a month and had to get off becuase we hardly could use the Internet and much less the email. Because all those problems we tried their tech support but it was totally usless; we got nothing solved after hours of frustration and headache, being passed from one so called "technician" to another, with no resolts. It wasn't clear at all that we agreee for a commitment for a year (?!) for that horrible service and we're thinking we're off the nightmare when we ended the services with at&t. To our very unpleasant surprise and without even noticing for a while, we're still being billed for that tech support, that never worked in the first place when we're were with at&t for that short time. It's like bying a very bad product and having no right to return it but keep having to pay for it. It's so dishonest and unfair. Please advise what to do to stop being ripped off.
Thanks,

PS. We sent a letter to the state consumers protection departmt. A month or so ago, but got no response yet and meanwhile at&t still charges my husband cr card.
